Plain Denim can not guarantee that all styles and size are in stock. If there should be an issue with your order, we will contact you and hopefully find an acceptable solution.
All parcels are shipped with GLS, but in Sweden, Norway and Finland your parcel may be handed over to another company at the border to your country. You can get information about GLS and their partners at GLS webpage.
Denmark – Delivery est. 1-4 weekday(s) – 0 DKK to 49 DKK – Choose between delivery to a self-selected GLS ParcelShop, a private address or a business address.
Sweden and Germany – Delivery est. 3-5 weekdays – 200 DKK – Choose between delivery to a self-selected ParcelShop or a business address.
Norway and Finland – Delivery est. 3-5 weekdays – 200 DKK – Choose between delivery to the nearest ParcelShop (determined by the delivery address) or a business address.
Rest of Europe – Delivery est. 2-5 weekdays – 200 DKK – Choose between delivery to a private address* or a business address. (*GLS will first try to deliver at the private address and then, if not successful, drop the parcel off at the nearest ParcelShop.)
Please note that local charges (customs duty, sale tax etc.) may be added to your order and these charges are at the customers own expense.
We use the payment solution ePay and accept the following credit cards: Visa Dankort, Visa Electron, Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.
ePay is certified according to the highest level of the PCI standard, which requires compliance with more than 200 security controls. All credit card informations are SSL-encrypted
and only accessible for ePay. If your credit card is 3D Secure valid, you will go through the 3D Secure check. Otherwise, you will go through a normal SSL-encrypted check-out.

We have a 14 days return policy starting from the day you receive the parcel. If you wish to return or exchange your order, please write an email with your order number as subject to email@example.com within the 14 day period, stating that you are sending your order back. We will then send a return number, which you must write on the return parcel and the enclosed return form. After receiving the return number, you have 14 days to send the order back to us. Please note, that if we haven’t received an email from you within the 14 days return period or if the return number isn’t noticeable on the return parcel, we reserve the right to deny receipt of your return parcel.
When returning your order, you as costumer hold the shipping costs back to us. If you wish to exchange to another size, we will pay for the shipping back to you.

All refunds are made to the credit card, which was used, when placing the order.
